Run by experienced trainers from The Public Interest Network Training Center, the training will feature sessions how to plan a campaign and develop your goals, strategies, and tactics and how to recruit more volunteers to your group.  TRU Director Megan Owens (a PIRGIM alumna) will be a special guest trainer.  This is not a TRU event but is open to and may be of interest to TRU members and partners.

For the Elderly and Disabled

The TRU Board of Directors generally meets the 2nd Monday of each month (expect August and sometimes December).

All meetings are open and members are encouraged to attend, especially to learn more about TRU and to take on a leadership role in your organization.  However the meetings are business meetings.  People new to the organization or the issues are encouraged to attend a Transit 101 meeting.
