Over the next month, TRU will be hosting five meetings throughout the region to connect the transit campaign to people within their community. These events will launch new local transit teams to get people more actively involved in the fight for improved transit.
Critical transit decisions will be made in the next few weeks and months at the local, regional, state and federal levels, especially threats to transit funding and opportunities for big change in policy. So we need all hands on deck!

The TRU Board of Directors generally meets the 2nd Monday of each month (expect August and sometimes December).
All meetings are open and members are encouraged to attend, especially to learn more about TRU and to take on a leadership role in your organization. However the meetings are business meetings. People new to the organization or the issues are encouraged to attend a Transit 101 meeting.
