Transit Day at the Capitol

Michigan legislators have so much power to decide our transportation system. If we want a transportation system that works for all Michiganders, they need to hear from you!

Join TRU, MPTA, and ATU for our transit day at the Capitol. We’ll be in Lansing from 9am to 3pm on March 12th, and will provide transportation from Detroit (and help organize transportation in other areas of the state), lunch, and meetings with your legislators. All attendees will be required to RSVP by 2/28 so we can schedule meetings for you. If you haven’t done Capitol Day before, you’ll be required to attend a training on 3/11. And if you can’t make it, flag 3/12 as our day of transit advocacy from home!
