Returning for an exclusively virtual Academy in year three!
This year’s Academy is an eight-week course on transportation politics and policy, running from November into December, with a focus on the regional public transportation landscape in Michigan. Participants will learn the history of transportation in our region, who makes the decisions when it comes to how we get around, and how we can advocate for a more just and sustainable transportation future.
All sessions will take place on Zoom. Last year, we featured speakers from local and national groups ranging from Transportation for America to the Detroit Greenways Coalition.
