in the mayor’s budget proposal for DDOT and no hearings or public input,
major cuts in DDOT bus service start tomorrow.
Many routes will start service later in the morning, end service earlier at night, or come less frequently during the day. Some frequencies are dropping to every 55 or 60 minutes, especially in the evenings and on weekends. See the full list of changes – both weekday and weekend changes – on the DDOT website.
DDOT riders should make sure to get new schedules and confirm their regular trips.
Even worse, DDOT is planning for more major cuts in bus service in June!
