DDOT Customer Advisory:
On Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 6:00 a.m. until approximately 6:00 p.m., the DDOT Customer Service telephone system will operate with minimum service due to necessary maintenance and system updates.
This will affect DDOT customers in the following manner:
- The automated scheduling service will not be available.
- Callers for Detroit MetroLift paratransit service may experience longer wait times to speak with a representative.
DDOT apologizes for any inconvenience to our customers and expect telephone services to be fully restored on Sunday, November 22, 2009.
