SEMCOG Conducts Woodward Avenue Transit Public Meetings

The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) is conducting the Woodward Avenue Rapid Transit Alternatives Analysis (AA) project. The alternatives analysis will review rapid transit options for a 27-mile corridor along Woodward Avenue from downtown Detroit to downtown Pontiac. The study area includes Cities of Detroit, Highland Park, Ferndale, Pleasant Ridge, Royal Oak, Huntington Woods, Berkley, Birmingham, Bloomfield Township, Bloomfield Hills and Pontiac. Learn More Here.

As part of this study, a series of public meetings has been scheduled throughout December in a number of communities along the corridor. Download the public meetings flyer here to find a location and time that works best for you. Presentations are scheduled to begin 30 minutes after meeting start time. Feel free to attend any meeting that is convenient for you and share the meeting information with friends and family.
