Talk Transit with Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield

We have two opportunities to tell Mayor Sheffield our transit thoughts

If you’re a Detroit resident who wants better transit, it’s crucial to take these two chances to share your input. Let’s make Detroit transit better with Mayor Sheffield!

1: Take the Mayor’s Survey

Mayor Sheffield is seeking your input! They’re asking Detroit residents their thoughts on six priority topics – one being reliable transportation. The results of this survey will inform Sheffield’s governing agenda, greatly shaping city policy for years to come. It’s a bit long, but very important! The survey is open until March 6th.

2: Show up to her community conversation on infrastructure & mobility!

As part of her mayoral transition, Mary Sheffield is holding a series of “community conversations” on various issues, including “infrastructure and mobility.” Join us at her meeting on Feb. 18th, 5:30pm at St. Andrew’s Memorial Church (on Wayne State’s campus).

Let’s pack the house February 18 to show public support for doubling DDOT and making our streets safer for everyone!
