We are pleased to announce the birth of Detroit’s newest transit advocate – Katerina Lydia Marker-Owens, born on Sunday, March 21 to TRU Director Megan Owens.  Both mother and baby are healthy and happy. Megan will be out on maternity leave for several weeks, then working part-time for a few months.  TRU will continue to
