Congratulations to Lansing’s Capitol Area Transit Authority – recently named the best transit system of its size in North America, the highest industry honor, by the American Public Transportation Association. CATA was ranked No. 1 in the 4-30 million passenger trips category, over 105 other systems.  APTA gives out the Outstanding Transportation System Achievement Award annually to
