Today, SMART moved their headquarters from the First National Building to the history Buhl Building in downtown Detroit, across the street from the Guardian Building (clearly SMART wanted to be even closer to TRU  ). According to SMART officials, the move will save them $2 million over the ten-year lease, due to a smaller space
