TRU is undertaking an in-depth strategic planning process to ensure we have the greatest possible impact on improving public transit in greater Detroit. Our staff and Board of Directors analyzed our organizational strengths and weaknesses, along with Detroit transit opportunities and challenges. We developed our Vision Statement, along with the Values we commit to working by. We are next developing detailed logic models of the impact we want to have to ensure the work we do in the coming years leads to the quality regional transit system Detroit needs and deserves.
