In Governor Granholm’s State of the State speech last night, she said: "Soon, I also will recommend long-term reforms to achieve affordable but stable funding for maintenance and repairs to our roads, bridges and transit systems." I don’t actually know what she means, but it’s good that she recognizes it as important! Stay tuned!!
