Just when you think we’ve finally grown up and are ready to work together as a region, the old 8 Mile divisions creep back in and threaten progress on the RTA.  It has appeared for several weeks that the Michigan Senate was poised to pass the RTA with strong bi-partisan support.  Now that support is faltering.
